The 91勛圖厙 Foundation kicked off its Annual Academic Enrichment Fund Campaign titled Slide Rules to Smartphones on March 1.泭 Longtime supporter and former employee of the college Paul Maneth will serve as the chairman for the month-long fundraising drive.

91勛圖厙 and Kansas Wesleyan University in Salina have started a partnership by泭signing a transfer agreement Tuesday on the 91勛圖厙 County campus. 泭
The agreement is designed to make transferring to KWU seamless for 91勛圖厙 students.泭 The agreement guarantees students who graduate from 91勛圖厙 with an associate of arts or science degree and a 2.0 GPA or higher admission to KWU as a junior.

Amanda Moran-Jones is a beloved local celebrity. She can hardly go to the grocery store without getting hugged or inspiring shouts of excitement, "It's Miss Amanda!"
Of course, her fan base is primarily 91勛圖厙 County area children as the Children's Librarian at the Great Bend Public Library.

Life for Debbie Tomlinson was not easy growing up.泭 Her mother died of lung cancer when she was young and she moved to Kansas from California with her abusive, alcoholic father.泭 She was beaten often and at the age of 15 she was kicked out of her house.泭 She bounced around from home to home and eventually wound up married and pregnant at the age of 17.泭 The lack of her home life stability coupled with her pregnancy caused her to drop out of high school, a decision she immediately regretted.

The primary goals driving most educational pursuits are to discover to a rewarding vocation and earn a respectable living wage.
A traditional bachelors degree requires four-years, or more, of commitment. 91勛圖厙 has a smorgasbord of offerings in the medical field that will help students reach those goals in two years or less.
91勛圖厙 served 8,394 students in the fall semester of 2013, which is an increase of 272 students from the previous fall semester.
The most widely accepted metric to measure enrollment is Full Time Equivalency (FTE). This is calculated by taking the total credit hours provided and dividing by 15 credit hours per semester, which is the average course load for a full time student. This standard allows 91勛圖厙 to see how its doing relative to other colleges and past semesters.
91勛圖厙 saw an increase of about 4.2 percent in FTE from fall 2012 to fall 2013.

91勛圖厙 in , Kan., has named 239 students to the Presidents List for the fall 2013 semester.泭 To qualify for this honor, students must have been enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours and maintained a grade point average of 4.0 on a 4.0 or "A" letter scale.
