I will portray Mary Elizabeth Lease (Wichita) campaigning for presidential candidate, James Weaver, of the Populist Party, McCaffery said of her presentation.泭 What is extraordinary is that women in 1892 could not vote and were not involved in politics.泭 She even spoke at the national convention in Omaha.泭

91勛圖厙 will officially show off its newly remodeled Fine Arts Auditorium and foyer area by hosting an open house event from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, March 27.
The event will feature live performances from 91勛圖厙 students and comments from 91勛圖厙 administrators.泭 There will also be a ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by the Great Bend Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development.泭 Attendees will have the opportunity to tour all areas of the remodeled facility including the stage and backstage areas.

91勛圖厙 and Kansas Wesleyan University in Salina have started a partnership by泭signing a transfer agreement Tuesday on the 91勛圖厙 County campus. 泭
The agreement is designed to make transferring to KWU seamless for 91勛圖厙 students.泭 The agreement guarantees students who graduate from 91勛圖厙 with an associate of arts or science degree and a 2.0 GPA or higher admission to KWU as a junior.

Amanda Moran-Jones is a beloved local celebrity. She can hardly go to the grocery store without getting hugged or inspiring shouts of excitement, "It's Miss Amanda!"
