*Any of the 91³Ô¹ÏÍø TuitionÌýScholarships are available forÌýcourses taken on campus or via 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Online.ÌýÌýHowever, the scholarship will always pay the in-state,Ìýon-campus tuitionÌýrate. Students will be responsible for course fees.
91³Ô¹ÏÍø Scholarships
91³Ô¹ÏÍøÌýBound ScholarshipÌý- Awarded toÌýfirst-timeÌýstudents graduatingÌýfrom a Kansas High School the previous academicÌýyear.Ìý Applicants must also be Kansas residents to receive the scholarship.

Important Notes
- To qualify, youÌýmust submit a 91³Ô¹ÏÍø BoundÌýapplication located in Scholarship Manager no later than August 1st. (January 1st for students graduating in December.)
- Please note, theÌýapplication for spring 2026 graduates will be available in Scholarship Manager January 2, 2026.
- To access the application, log into your My91³Ô¹ÏÍø Portal and click on Scholarship ManagerÌýlocated on the Financial Aid card. Then click on Applications to the left of the screen.Ìý
- Qualifying students who missed the deadline freshman year may apply for the 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Bound for their sophomore year at 91³Ô¹ÏÍø.Ìý
- To receive the scholarship, youÌýmust be enrolled full-time (12 credits) per semester.
- Beginning with the 2025-26 school year, students in their last semester of the AAS in Registered Nursing may receive this for less than full-time enrollment which aligns with KBOR practice.Ìý

- The following classes are not eligible for 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Bound scholarships:Ìý LSEC, BSEP and TROOP.
- *Elite scholarships will be based on the in-state 91³Ô¹ÏÍø County campus tuition rate for eligible courses with no maximum number of covered courses.
- The scholarship will be available forÌýsix full-time semesters, automatically renewing each year as long as you are attending and maintaining Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP).
- The 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Bound Scholarship will automatically renew.

91³Ô¹ÏÍø Foundation Scholarships
Endowed and Restricted Scholarships— due to the generosity of 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Foundation donors, the Foundation is able to offer academic scholarships to students that meet the funding criteria of the individual giving the financial support. ÌýThe money for the Foundation scholarships is privately funded which makes it possible to offer traditional or non-traditional students financial assistance. These scholarships are separate from the scholarship award the traditional students may receive from the Admissions Office based on academic achievement, and a different application must be completed.Ìý To apply for a 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Foundation Scholarship, please follow the steps below:

Activity and Departmental Awards
Activity and departmental awards are offered toÌýKansasÌýresidents attending full-time (12 credit hours), by instructors or staff from various 91³Ô¹ÏÍø programs. Selection is made for special skills and/or performing abilities and the student is expected to complete specified obligations, including attending face-to-face courses located on the Great Bend campus.Ìý Students must also be actively participating in practices, performances or competitions during the term(s) that they receive these scholarships.Ìý The sponsor administering the award determines contract obligations and award amounts.
Areas offering Activity and departmental awards include Admissions, Band, Vocal,ÌýDrama,ÌýHispanic American Leadership Organization (HALO), Student Senate, Athletic Student Trainers, Dance Line, and Cheerleading.ÌýAgriculture, Art,ÌýBusiness, Criminal Justice, Early Childhood, EMS,ÌýMusic, Natural Gas, Networking Information Technology, Scale Technician, Top Tech,Ìýand Welding.
91³Ô¹ÏÍø Boost Scholarships
These scholarships are available for 91³Ô¹ÏÍø service area students who display financial need. The 91³Ô¹ÏÍø service area includes these counties: 91³Ô¹ÏÍø, Ellsworth, Pawnee, Rice,ÌýRush, Russell, and Stafford counties.Ìý

91³Ô¹ÏÍø Boost is available for high school students who meet the income criteria for Federal TRIO Programs.Ìý Below is an example of the income criteria to determine a student's eligibility for the 2025-26Ìýacademic year.Ìý Applicants for the 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Boost scholarship will only need to apply one time. Awarding of this scholarship for subsequent years will be based on the initial application.Ìý
To submit a 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Boost application, please log into your My91³Ô¹ÏÍø portal and click on Scholarship Manager on the Financial Aid card. If you match the criteria for the scholarship, the application should be available to you.ÌýStudents must have submitted an admissions application with their estimated high schoolÌýgraduation date for the application to be available.ÌýÌý

Employee Tuition Scholarships
Available to Full-time 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Faculty/Staff, Regular Part-time 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Faculty/Staff, 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Associate Faculty/Outreach Site Coordinators, along with employeeÌýspouses and children.
Employees doÌýnot need to complete an application forÌýthemselves asÌýit will be applied based on their employment status.Ìý As for spouses and dependents, please find the scholarship application link below.
Special Scholarships
Silver Promise Scholarship
Residents of 91³Ô¹ÏÍø's Service AreasÌýwho are over 65 years of age at the time of enrollment may be eligible to receive a scholarship for the amount of their tuition. This is an automatic benefit and does not require application.
Athletic Scholarships
Competing in the NJCAA, Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference,Ìýour athletic teams offer performance based scholarships to student-athletes attendingÌýface to face courses located on the Great Bend campus.Ìý Students must be actively participating in practices and/or competitions during the term(s) that they receive athletic scholarships andÌýattending full-time (12 credit hours).
Scholarship offers and amounts are determined by individual coaches and athletic staff.
